The Case For Diversity

We believe that diversity and inclusion make the legal profession stronger.  As our society becomes more connected in this technological revolution, so does the need for diverse individuals to help diverse clients find creative legal solutions. Our mission is to provide each individual equal opportunity to succeed based on merit and performance and without regard to things like race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

Now, more than ever, society requires broader diversity in the legal profession. The Minority Bar Foundation seeks to advance diversity in the legal profession by empowering diverse individuals to achieve their goal of becoming a lawyer. From elementary school students all the way to law school graduates, the Minority Bar Foundation provides programs, academic support, scholarships, and mentors to expose under represented populations to the legal professional and assist them in their journey to becoming successful advocates.
